SUTHERLAND SHIRE/MENAI OZTAG SUMMER UPDATE 25/26

Competitions will commence: MONDAY 13TH OCTOBER
 
Registrations will now be ALL ONLINE VIA a NEW PLATFORM – ‘ASSEMBLE’.

Early offer
Cost:$110 Per Player (UNTIL 5TH SEPT)
 
 
Any team or player who doesn’t ‘REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO (FRIDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER)  will be required to pay a late fee. Players will be required to pay $115 per player (FROM 5th Sept)
 
 
We will NOT be accepting any team registration payments over the phone. Any player who doesn’t register with the team will need to pay $115 CASH on round 1. Please note you will still need to pay your $15 membership fee online.
 
Please note ALL teams MUST in full uniform by ROUND 1. This means all players MUST BE in matching shirts/singlets with numbers on the back. We will NOT be accepting taped OR written numbers on the back of your shirt (NO TEXTA/Chalk/Spray Paint). Any players who fail to wear appropriate shirt/singlets with a number on the back will NOT be permitted to take the field. Any Teams who fail to wear shirt numbers & be in the same shirt/singlets will result in an AUTOMATIC FORFEIT. 
 
Teams must pay for a minimum of 8 players to be included in the draw.
 
 
Final Team Cut off date: FRIDAY 19th SEPTEMBER

Monday – Men’s, Women’s, Mixed  (Solander Oval & Captain Cook, Taren Pt)

Tuesday –  Women’s, Mixed  (Kareela & box Rd)

Wednesday – Men’s, Men’s 30s, Men’s 40s (Kareela)

Thursday – Men’s, Women’s, Mixed  (Solander Oval)

Timeslots: 6:15pm, 7:00pm, 7:45pm & 8:30pm

Menai ( The Ridge )

Monday – Men’s 30s, Mixed & Women’s

Thursday – Men’s, Mixed 

Timeslots: 6:30pm, 7:15pm, 8:00pm & 8:45pm

* Women’s competition will only go ahead if there are substantial team numbers

ELITE COMPETITION INFORMATION: (SUMMER ONLY)

We now run an elite competition on Monday Nights @Solander Oval

– 3 Divisions (Men’s, Women’s & Mixed

– Maximum 8 teams per division

– Sponsored competition, (Provided with Prem Tag jerseys)

– $3000 CASH PRIZE

– Representative Rules

 
UNIFORM:

Australian Oztag will only allow former Oztag Merchandise or the new OES shorts/tights to be played in. This is mandatory policy to allow the same grade of velro and material in all playing shorts/tights.
The referee will NOT allow a player to take the field without the proper shorts/tights.

 No homemade shorts/tights are permitted on the field.

All team playing tops must be the same colour. All shirts must have a different number. All playing tops must be long enough to be tucked into shorts/ tights. Teams have until round 4 to organise this. NO PLAYERS ARE PERMITTED TO WEAR LOW CUT TANK SINGLETS (LOW CUT UNDER THE ARM).
