TEAM REGISTRATIONS – NEW PLATFORM “ASSEMBLE”

Team Registrations for WINTER 2025 will be OPEN SOON! Competitions will start MONDAY 7th APRIL. (Competition may be extended due to any washout rounds). Registration fee’s are $100 per player if you pay prior to (MARCH 10TH), any payments received after this date will increase to $110 per person.  We use an online registration system called ‘ASSEMBLE’.  The ASSEMBLE App is available on mobile devices and will allow you to register as well as see draws/ladders etc throughout the season.

Online Registration Process: –  Please note that until a minimum of 8 players have REGISTERED AND PAID a team IS NOT considered registered and IS NOT guaranteed a spot in the competition.

 

If you need to create a ASSEMBLE account, follow the prompts to do so when they appear.

Team delegates please note that registering a team and putting yourself as the team admin DOES NOT register you as a player into the team, you need to do this separately just like every other player.

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS – ALREADY HAVE A TEAM

If you are already part of a team or have been asked to join a team your team delegate will either send you an email with a link or provide you with a team code.

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS – NO TEAM

If you are interested in playing Oztag but do not have a team, please email us your first & last name, contact number & what competition night/division you wish to play in.

ASSEMBLE FUNCTIONS

Registration Process: “HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT”

Please ensure when registering your account you see our “Sutherland Shire Seniors Logo at the top”

Click HERE to take you to the ASSEMBLE LOG IN PAGE for Sutherland Shire Seniors

  1. Please click “Create NEW Account”
  2. Please ensure you fill out the correct details. You will also need to upload a PASSPORT like photo to create your profile.
  3. There will be a verification email sent – please ensure you verify your account
  4. Please ensure you enter the correct DOB, as this is also your profile for representative tournaments.

Registration Process: “HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM INTO OUR COMPETITIONS”

Team Delegates MUST register their teams, before players can register into them.

1. Log into your ASSEMBLE ACCOUNT

2. Please ensure you are on the ‘DASHBOARD’. Click ‘TEAM DELEGATE’ & ‘REGISTER A TEAM OR ORGANISATION’

3. Please click the REGISTER on competition you wish to join e.g. Monday Cronulla or Wednesday Kareela

4. Click ‘REGISTER A TEAM’

5. You will then be required to click register on the division you wish to sign your team up for e.g. Mixed

6. Click ‘CREATE NEW TEAM’ down the bottom

7. Please complete the ‘TEAM DETAILS’ correctly. (We encourage you to click YES in the Registration confirmation email – This will email you the link to forward onto your players)

8. You will then be required to answer the MANDATORY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS PROVIDED. Please ensure you read these.

9. Please select which division your team wishes to play in e.g. Mixed Div 2 (This is only a request)

10. You will then have the option if you as the delegate wishes to register into the team.

11. If you wish to join the team as a player click ‘JOIN’.

12. Please ensure once you see the summary of your team details and the night you are registreing into. Please ensure you click ‘REGISTER’ at the bottom. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link/code for you to provide to your players.

Registration Process: “JOINING & REGISTERING INTO A TEAM”

  1. Please ensure you have created an ASSEMBLE ACCOUNT
  2. Click the registration link your TEAM DELEGATE provided
  3. Once you have logged in, please ensure you are on the ‘DASHBOARD’ & select ‘PLAYER’ & click ‘JOIN A TEAM’
  4. Register into the correct night your team is registered for e.g. Monday Cronulla or Wednesday Kareela
  5. Click ‘Join a Team’
  6. Select the division your team is registered into e.g. Mixed. Click “JOIN”
  7. Search for your TEAM NAME/DELEGATE. (Your team should appear straight away)
  8. Ensure your ‘Member Details’ are correct & provide your correct contact details
  9. You will then be required to answer the MANDATORY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS PROVIDED. Please ensure you read these.
  10. You will then be taken to a summary, please ensure you complete the PAYMENT.
  11. Once completed ensure you select ‘PAY & COMPLETE’. You will then receive a confirmation email stating you are successfully registered into the team.
